Marketplace Terms of Service

KMJEE SEO
Scope and marketplace role
These terms govern the KMJEE SEO website and its two-sided guest-post, link-building and SEO services marketplace. KMJEE SEO provides tools for buyers to find and order services and for publishers to list sites and fulfil accepted orders. Unless an order expressly says KMJEE SEO is the direct provider, publishers remain responsible for their listings, editorial decisions and delivery. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate, current information. Keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone acting for an organisation has authority to do so.
Listings and publisher information
Listing details, metrics, traffic, ownership, availability, link attributes, turnaround and editorial requirements may be supplied by publishers or imported from available records. They may change or be incomplete. Buyers must review the listing and ask questions before ordering. KMJEE SEO may review, correct, hide or reject a listing but does not warrant third-party metrics or future site performance.
Orders and editorial approval
An order is a request for the selected deliverables. Publishers may accept, reject or request changes for editorial, legal or operational reasons. Buyers must provide lawful content, accurate instructions, target URLs and anchor text and must hold necessary rights. Unless expressly included, an order does not promise a specific publication date, indexation, ranking, traffic, revenue, link permanence or replacement period.
Prices, taxes and payment
The applicable price and currency are those shown to an eligible account at checkout or in an agreed order. Taxes, conversion and provider fees may apply where disclosed. Only payment methods actually enabled at checkout are available. Displaying a provider name or logo elsewhere does not create availability or approval. Orders may be paused until cleared payment is confirmed.
Fulfilment and records
Buyers and publishers must respond within a reasonable time and use the dashboard or published support channel for order communications. Publishers should provide the live URL or other agreed evidence. Buyers must review delivery promptly and raise a specific issue with supporting evidence. Order records do not guarantee third-party availability after delivery.
Cancellations, refunds and changes
The published Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Before work begins, a cancellation may be approved. After work begins, completed work and incurred costs are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Rejection, non-delivery or publisher unavailability may lead to an alternative, account credit or refund for the undelivered item. Change-of-mind refunds, permanence and replacement are not automatic.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, Buyer Rules and Publisher Rules. Prohibited conduct includes illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful content; malware, phishing, impersonation, manipulation of platform records; unauthorised access; spam; evasion of sanctions or legal restrictions; and misuse that threatens users, publishers or infrastructure.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Each party keeps ownership of material it owned before an order. Buyers grant the rights reasonably needed to review, edit where authorised and publish submitted content. Publishers grant the rights needed to display listing information and delivery records. Do not disclose another party's confidential information except as needed for the order or required by law.
Suspension and termination
KMJEE SEO may restrict listings, orders or accounts to investigate fraud, security, non-payment, disputes, legal risk or rule violations. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination. Amounts properly due, confidentiality, intellectual-property provisions, limitations and dispute obligations survive where applicable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service and third-party listings are provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, KMJEE SEO disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, search-engine changes, third-party removal, ranking loss, traffic loss or lost profit. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability will be assessed under applicable law and the specific order circumstances.
Indemnity and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for claims arising from their unlawful content, lack of rights, fraud or material breach. Raise disputes first through the order dashboard or Contact page with relevant evidence. Chargebacks should not be used to bypass a genuine resolution process. Governing law, venue and mandatory consumer protections are determined by applicable law and any valid written agreement; these terms do not invent a corporate identity or address.
Changes and contact
KMJEE SEO may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be published with a revised date and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Questions should be sent through the published Contact page or by email at info@kmjeeseo.co.uk.
