MARKETPLACE POLICY

Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains remedies for cancelled, rejected, unavailable or undelivered marketplace orders. It does not promise SEO outcomes, permanent links or an automatic replacement window.

Last updated: 26 September 2026. This policy forms part of the Marketplace Terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by it.

Before work starts

A buyer may ask to cancel before a publisher, writer or other service provider begins work. KMJEE SEO may approve the cancellation after checking the order status. Any non-recoverable third-party cost already incurred will be explained before a remedy is finalised.

After work starts

Once work has started, completed work and costs already incurred are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. If part of an order remains undelivered, the remedy applies only to that undelivered part unless the completed part is unusable because of a material failure.

Publisher rejection or unavailability

A publisher may reject content, request reasonable changes, become unavailable or withdraw a listing. In that situation KMJEE SEO may offer a suitable alternative for the buyer's approval, account credit, or a refund for the undelivered item. A buyer is not required to accept a materially different placement.

Non-delivery or material mismatch

If an accepted order is not delivered, or the delivery materially differs from the agreed site, service, link attribute or content scope, the buyer should report the issue with the order reference and evidence. KMJEE SEO will review the order record and may arrange correction, an approved alternative, account credit or a refund for the affected item.

Published as ordered

A placement delivered on the agreed publisher with the agreed content and link attributes is not normally refundable merely because the buyer changes their mind. Search ranking, indexation, traffic, conversions and revenue are not deliverables unless expressly stated in a signed order, and no such outcome is guaranteed.

Removal and link changes

Links and pages are controlled by third-party publishers and may later change or be removed. Replacement or refund applies only if the specific order or listing expressly included written removal coverage that was valid when the order was placed. There is no default permanence promise, lifetime guarantee or automatic replacement period.

How to request a remedy

  • Use the order dashboard or the published Contact page.
  • Include the order reference, affected URL, requested remedy and supporting evidence.
  • Do not send passwords, full payment credentials or unrelated personal data.
  • Allow a reasonable review period while KMJEE SEO checks the buyer, publisher and transaction records.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are sent through the method available for the original transaction or another method agreed with the user where necessary. Provider processing time, exchange rates and external fees depend on the payment provider actually used. This policy does not claim a fixed processing period or that any specific payment processor is available.

Fraud, abuse and chargebacks

KMJEE SEO may pause a remedy while investigating suspected fraud, duplicate claims, misuse or a payment dispute. Users should raise the issue through the order dashboard or Contact page before starting a chargeback, without limiting any non-waivable right.

Contact

Questions or claims should be submitted through the Contact page, by email at info@kmjeeseo.co.uk, or through the relevant order dashboard.
