Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026. This policy applies to all visitors, buyers, publishers and other users of the KMJEE SEO marketplace.

Use the service lawfully

You must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, search-platform rules that apply to you, and the Marketplace Terms. You are responsible for content, domains, URLs, instructions and data you submit.

Prohibited content and activity

  • Illegal goods, services or instructions, or content that facilitates crime, fraud or evasion of lawful restrictions.
  • Malware, phishing, credential theft, deceptive redirects, cloaking, impersonation or unauthorised access.
  • Content that exploits children, promotes non-consensual sexual material, threatens violence, or unlawfully targets protected groups.
  • Defamation, privacy invasion, copyright or trademark infringement, plagiarism, or content submitted without necessary rights.
  • False reviews, fabricated evidence, misleading health or financial claims, spam, scams or deceptive marketing.
  • Unlawful or undisclosed promotion of regulated, age-restricted or high-risk products and services.
  • Automated scraping, excessive requests, interference with security, reverse engineering, account sharing, or attempts to manipulate order, metric, payment or payout records.
  • Sanctions evasion, money laundering, unauthorised payment activity or use of stolen financial credentials.

Marketplace integrity

Do not misrepresent site ownership, metrics, traffic, prices, availability, editorial requirements, deliverables or identity. Do not pressure another user to move an order off-platform to avoid records, rules or fees.

Enforcement

KMJEE SEO may investigate, request information, remove content or listings, pause orders or payouts, and restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention or rule enforcement. Serious risks may be reported to relevant providers or authorities where legally required.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse through the published Contact page or the relevant order dashboard. Include only information needed to investigate and do not submit passwords or full payment credentials.
