Buyer Rules

Last updated: 26 September 2026. These rules supplement the Marketplace Terms, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Before ordering

Review the publisher-supplied listing, price, country, niche, link attributes, editorial requirements and stated turnaround.
Evaluate reported metrics independently. A metric or listing is not a guarantee of ranking, traffic, indexation, permanence, revenue or suitability.
Make sure you have authority to promote the target URL and to submit any brand, name, image or content included in the brief.

Briefs and content

Provide accurate target URLs, anchor text, instructions and contact information.
Do not submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malware-related or otherwise prohibited content.
Publishers retain editorial independence and may reject content or request reasonable changes.
Respond promptly when clarification or approval is required; buyer-caused delays may affect turnaround.

Orders and payment

Use only payment methods actually enabled at checkout. Do not send payment credentials through messages. An order may be paused until cleared payment and required information are received.

Delivery and disputes

Review the delivered URL and agreed attributes promptly.
Raise a specific issue through the order dashboard or Contact page with the order reference and supporting evidence.
Follow the Refund Policy. Change of mind, ranking changes, traffic changes and third-party removals do not automatically create a refund or replacement right.
Do not misuse chargebacks, threats or public claims to bypass a genuine resolution process.

Privacy

Share only personal data necessary for the order. Do not place confidential information, passwords or full payment credentials in briefs or uploaded content.
