Publisher Rules

Last updated: 26 September 2026. These rules supplement the Marketplace Terms, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Authority and accurate listings

  • List only sites you own, control or are expressly authorised to represent.
  • Provide truthful, current information about the domain, niche, traffic, metrics, pricing, link attributes, editorial requirements and turnaround.
  • Do not use fabricated metrics, fake traffic, misleading ownership claims, copied identities or manipulated evidence.
  • Update or pause a listing when availability, price or material terms change.

Editorial review

You retain editorial independence and may reject unlawful, misleading, unsafe, irrelevant or unsuitable content. State material restrictions before accepting an order and request changes through the recorded order channel.

Fulfilment

  • Deliver only after accepting the stated scope and price.
  • Publish on the agreed site with the agreed content and link attributes, then submit the live URL or other required evidence.
  • Do not make unauthorised changes, substitute another site, add undisclosed sponsored terms or remove a placement contrary to written order-specific coverage.
  • Communicate delays, rejection, site problems, ownership changes or anticipated removal promptly.

Claims and permanence

Do not promise permanent links, guaranteed indexation, rankings, traffic, revenue or a replacement period unless the specific listing contains accurate written coverage you can honour. Marketplace display does not create such a promise.

Payments, privacy and security

Use the designated payout process, provide accurate payout and tax information where required, protect buyer information, and never request passwords or full payment credentials. Do not move users off-platform to evade records, safeguards or fees.

Enforcement

KMJEE SEO may request evidence of control, metrics or delivery; hide or correct listings; pause orders or payouts; and restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations.
